Review & Blog Tour Policy:
Reading Between the Wines Book Club receives no monetary gain or favors from posting our thoughts on any books. We would like to stress that these are our own, honest, opinions whether the book was purchased ourselves, won in a contest/giveaway, or a review copy was received. Books provided by authors, publicists or review sites will be notated as such.
Reading Between the Wines Book Club is NOT accepting any new book review requests at this time. However, If you are an author that we have worked closely with in the past please contact us and if there isn't a specific time-line that you are looking to have your book reviewed by, we may be able to work something in.
We are happy to host author interviews, guest posts, giveaways, and participate in blog tours by author. We will currently only work with blog tour companies that we have established relationships with. However, if an author/publicist/tour co. cannot have post materials delivered before 12pm EST the day before our scheduled post, the promotion will be removed from our calendar. Submitting Review Requests:
We will consider most review requests. This does not guarantee that the request will be accepted. We do reserve the right to not accept the request. Please email your requests to Crystal at readingbetweenthewines10@gmail.com. Do not submit requests through Facebook, Goodreads, Twitter, Instagram, ect. Please email them to us. If you do not receive a response within two weeks that means that we will not be reviewing the book. Please do not send us your book without a request.
Please send the request 4-6 weeks in advance. Our review schedule tends to fill up quickly.
When submitting your request, be sure to include the following:
- Book Title and Author
- Genre
- Length
- Blurb/ book synopsis
- Relevant web links (amazon page, author website, publisher page, etc)
If you have a time frame that the book needs to be reviewed by please include that as well. We will try to accommodate your needs but it is not guaranteed.

RBtWBC will review books on a first come first serve basis.
Reviews are not intended to hurt anyone's feelings but are instead used to express our insight into what we read. Once a review has been posted it will not be removed. Reading Between the Wines Book Club has a zero tolerance policy for review harassment. By requesting a review through Reading Between the Wines Book Club you accept these terms and conditions.

The number of winners to be selected in a specific Giveaway will be posted on the applicable Giveaway site. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their full name and mailing address within a specified time period. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, Reading Between the Wines Book Club (or the Sponsor) may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at theirs )or the Sponsors) sole discretion.
7. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS: Except where prohibited, the potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the "Affidavit/Release") within seven (7) days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all entries received. Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. PRIZE(S): The prize(s) (including each prize's approximate retail value) available to be won in a specific Giveaway will be posted on the Giveaway site.
