Bloodlust runs in his veins, a dark master waiting for the day it will reign over him. Now a woman with a pure soul and wicked intentions has him in her sights and is determined to crack the ice around his heart, and she might save or damn him.
Antoine stands apart from the world around him, a dangerous and broken soul who must maintain rigid control at all times or risk his dark addiction finally seizing hold of him. The shadows of his past haunt him and he sees his bleak future each night when his brother wakes screaming, his blood addiction turning him savage. He cannot allow himself to feel, but when Sera walks into Vampirerotique, the erotic theatre he runs with three other vampires, to audition, she awakens dangerous desires in him—hungers that could spell the end of both of them.
Sera has wanted Antoine since the night she first saw the gorgeous aristocrat vampire. She can’t ignore the deep carnal hunger he stirs in her or the ache to know the heat of his touch. With the help of her sire, an ex-performer at Vampirerotique, she sets in motion a game of seduction, one designed to thaw the ice in Antoine’s veins and make him burn for her.
When Sera discovers the shocking truth about his past and the darkness that lurks within him, will she be strong enough to seize his heart with both hands and win him forever or will she lose him to the ghosts that still haunt him?

Viviana ‘s Review:
“Seduce” is the third book in the Vampire Erotic Theatre Romance series.

There is a reason why Antoine is alone and focuses primarily on work. He’s fighting an internal battle that not only will lead to his destruction but could lead to the death of others. He knows what this evil is capable of. He sees what it has done to his brother, Snow. He continues to fight, not only for his brother but for himself.

Sera has her sight and fangs set on Antoine. She is determined to not only seduce him but melt the ice surrounding his heart. She believes she can do this but must first get the chance to speak to him, alone. She has a plan and is determined to succeed. But will she?

From the synopsis, we learn that blood lust is an issue with Antoine. Up until this point, all we’ve seen of Antoine has been his distant, “all business”, hard ball self. We finally get to know why he’s the way he is and of course, we get more Snow as they are brothers!! Loved that bonus!! Okay, back to Antoine and Sera.

I will admit, I didn’t particular like how Antoine’s and Sera’s story began, but as it progressed it got significantly better and I fell in love with it. It seemed to be just all about the physical aspect (I’m sure you’re thinking “Uhm, Viviana, this is an erotica novel. OF COURSE it’s going to be about the physical!”). Allow me to explain and try not to spoil it for those who have yet read it. I like the tension an author creates between the hero and the heroine and then that moment when they decide to just go for it. The way it happened here, the focus was more on the physical desire vs. the tension. Then again, that could be attributed to Antoine’s blood lust (and this point comes to me as I’m writing this). Regardless, that physical desire part was hot as hell!! When he …… and then he pounces…… oh and then when he….
Sorry, I had to do that to you!! I know, ‘bad Viviana’!

At the beginning, I didn’t like Sera very much. I like that she’s strong and confident in that she will be successful and seduce him and even make him hers. But where does that strength and confidence come from?  Also, one minute she’s all “I’m sooo going to have him” and then next she was “I don’t know if I can do this”. But again, as the story progressed, I liked her more and more.

The pace of the book was great. Similar to the previous books, the length is more like a novella but you’re not cheated at all. You’ll get a great story, great characters that you will continue to see and get to know. As well as getting to meet a few new ones.

Rating: Four Wines (Loved It)
